Nokia has just hit the nail on its head. With festive season on in India, Nokia launched the most affordable Windows phone ever, The Nokia Lumia 510.
The lowest priced member of the elite Lumia family, 510 flaunts a 4 inch WVGA display with a resolution of 480 x 800 p. Loaded with Windows 7.5 Mango operating system, it has a rear camera of 5 MP with LED flash.
Much more positive to talk about this but I feel is being compromised for affordability. No slot for SD card and no front cam for video calls add to disappointment.
But it’s a good phone for the first time windows users. Basically it will bridge the gap between economical Asha smartphones and high end Elite Lumia handsets (yes I call them handsets).
Verdict: For a technoholic Nokia Lumia will be a little more than Asha with Windows OS. A buy if you don’t like Android smartphones. If you are techsavvy, BEWARE, Windows 8 has arrived, and this will go obsolete in half of an year’s time.
